Victor Stanley Jr. is the president and co-founder of LOJ Ministries overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. Vic leads some of our missions trips, teaches, guides the development of curriculum and training programs, and serves to keep LOJ focused on its mission to” Strengthen churches and Christians around the world to transform their communities.” Apart from LOJ Vic writes extensively, and also serves as a member of the vestry at his local church, Church of the Good Shepherd in downtown Lynchburg, VA. Vic simply desires to faithfully and humbly serve God wherever Christ may lead him.
Amy Caun is a follower of Christ who loves theology, discipleship, reading, coffee, sunsets, deep conversations, and making things. She and her husband Joe were married last summer and they are enjoying settling into married life in their new home. Amy recently holds a Master’s of Divinity in Biblical Languages and is passionate about knowing Christ and making Him known. She is excited to use the gifts, talents, knowledge, and passions that God has given her to serve with LOJ Ministries.
As the Director of Leadership Development for Christar Chris is doing what most others Don’t (discipling national leaders for Church Planting movements); Won’t (targeting least/unreached People Groups); and Can’t (mobilizing missions within closed, restricted, and limited access countries). Dr. Gnanakan has mentored Vic Stanley for the last few years and helped found and launch LOJ Ministries with Vic in August of 2018.

Jeff Benson studied at Liberty University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministries. He is currently a student at Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity’s Seminary where he is pursuing a Master’s of Divinity in Discipleship. Outside of academics Jeff is a member of the vestry at Church of the Good Shepherd located in the heart of downtown Lynchburg, VA. He also works with the church’s leadership team to coordinate outreach work to the poor and homeless in the city. Jeff co-founded LOJ Ministries alongside Vic and Dr. Gnanakan. While he continues to study in seminary as well as work full-time for Liberty’s IT department, Jeff is continually listening for where God will call him next in ministry.
Eric Tibbs is a Production Technician with Event Production (EP) at Liberty University and has been working with EP since 2009. He has transitioned into a management role and now oversees the inventory and systems management of Event Production. He graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education and an M.A. in Human Services Counseling: Marriage and Family Cognate. He is currently working on his Doctorate of Education in Community Care & Marriage and Family Counseling at Liberty University. He is the chairman of the missions committee at Bible Baptist Church in Appomattox, VA and has assisted on a variety of short-term missions trips, both foreign and domestic. He has a background in camp ministry and working with youth and families. Eric signed on as a board of trustees member with LOJ Ministries in December of 2018 and is currently working with LOJ on upcoming projects and curriculum. He has been married now for almost 4 years to his wife Amber, they had their first child, a baby boy, this past February.
